The PSP version of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona will arrive domestically this fall. Atlus is giving it a brand new localization and restoring “that which was not carried over the first time around”. Sounds like we’re going to get the Snow Queen quest.

Since Persona is getting an overhaul the extra quest isn’t the kind of thing Atlus would leave out. silent animated videos might be nice too.
